Off Peak Season (Oct - Mar) = 5 night minimum     ​Peak Season (Apr - Sept) = 7 night minimum

Due to the peaceful location of the cottage and it’s surroundings, the cottage is

Adults Only (4 max)   -   No Pets Allowed   -   No Smoking

Check in days are:   Peak Season Saturday  &  Off Peak Sat / Sun /Mon   
Check out is on Saturday (or before)

£910 per week - 7 night minimum  (excluding Christmas/New Year)
£800 for 5/6 nights - available Off Peak Season Only

For 5 or 6 nights stay, please contact us directly, as the Book Here only allows for a 7 night stay.

A 25% deposit is required to book your chosen dates.  The remainder of the outstanding balance is due 7 weeks prior to arrival.
 
Payment Methods Accepted - Bank transfer  / Visa or Mastercard
 
How to Cancel:
 
The deposit is non-refundable*. 
 
*If you cancel after you have made your final payment 7 weeks prior, IF we are able to re-sell the same period we will refund you 75% of the total price paid.

If we are not able to re-sell the same dates but some of them, we will refund you a pro-rata amount as appropriate.
​
We recommend you take out adequate holiday insurance to ensure you are covered for any unforeseeable events, like you would if you were travelling abroad.
