Background
This charming detached holiday cottage enjoys a peaceful location
less than 5 minutes walk to Pitlochry`s main street.
Originally built in the 1880’s Victorian era, Ard Darach Cottage was previously the stables of the main house, but has been lovingly restored by the owners to offer spacious and welcoming self-catering accommodation.
The cottage is in a private residential area, in a lovely part of the town, surrounded by Victorian villas.
Roe deer, red squirrels and pheasants frequent the large mature gardens on a daily basis, so there is a
very good chance you will spot these during your stay.

Everything You Need
A deceptively large and very well equipped kitchen with dining table seating 4.
The attractive lounge has comfortable seating and exposed feature stone walls, Smart TV (use your own Amazon Prime / Netflix / etc log in details), Wireless All-in-one Hi-Fi Player (radio CD, bluetooth linked), and an upright piano for evening entertainment.
Free Wi-Fi is included.
Also on the ground floor is a very generously sized bathroom with both a bath and separate large shower. (Towels are provided).
A wooden staircase leads from the lounge to the 2 bedrooms upstairs. (Bedding is provided).
The cottage sleeps 4 people maximum.
Bedroom 1 = double bed
Bedroom 2 = double/twin room (has double bed & single bed), to provide greater flexibility for our guests.
Outside is a gravel courtyard with parking for 2 cars (the drive is shared with the main house opposite).
There is 1 acre of mature gardens to sit and relax in.
